I’m always on my laptop writing just for fun,
I while away the hours, until my work is done,
I’ll type away for as much as I can handle,
I’ll work day and night, and burn the midnight candle.
I’d like to get my work published and show what I can do,
I’ve waited far too long for this, I feel it’s overdue!
I hope people like my poems and read them everyone,
I’d be so grateful if they did, I’m just glad they’re done!
